Thanks for supporting “Monarch” As a small, emerging brand, we are currently operating with limited inventory and a lean logistics team. To ensure we can keep bringing you fresh designs and high-quality pieces, we have a specific policy regarding orders.
The "All Sales Final" Policy
At this time, all sales are final. We do not currently accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind," fit issues, or style preferences.
Why? Because our drops are limited and our inventory moves fast, we can't guarantee that a replacement size will be in stock by the time a return reaches us. By keeping sales final, we ensure that our inventory stays accurate and available for everyone.
What if there is an issue?
We stand by the quality of our gear. If your order arrives in a condition that isn't up to par, we’ll make it right.
* Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please email us at customerservice.monarch@gmail.com within [48] hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage.
* Wrong Item Received: If we accidentally sent you the wrong size or color, first off—our bad! Reach out to us immediately, and we’ll coordinate a swap at no cost to you.

Since we can’t process returns, we want to help you shop with confidence:
* Check the Size Guide: Detailed measurements are available on every product page.
* Fabric Details: We list the material and "stretch factor" so you know exactly how it will feel.
* Ask Us: Not sure about a fit? Shoot us a DM on Instagram or email us. We’re happy to help you pick the right size before you hit "checkout."
Tips for Making This Work for You:
* Place it everywhere: Don't hide this link in the footer. Put a small note on the product page or at the very top of the checkout screen: "Limited Drop: All Sales Final."
* Over-communicate quality: Since people can't return items, your photos and descriptions need to be 10/10 so there are no surprises.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
