ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation. During peak product launches, promotional campaigns, or sale periods, processing times may be slightly extended due to high order volumes.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (INDIA)
We currently ship across India with the following delivery timelines:
Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
Express Delivery (if available): 2–3 business days
Free Shipping: On purchase of 2 or more items
Flat Shipping Fee: ₹50 on single-item orders (charged at checkout)

DELIVERY DELAYS
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

High order volumes during sales or launches
Monarch is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier or logistics partners. However, we will make every reasonable effort to assist you in resolving delivery issues.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at the time of placing an order.
Monarch shall not be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping details:
Re-shipment may require payment of additional shipping charges.
Delivery timelines will reset from the date of re-dispatch.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation (or expected delivery date). We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue.
Resolutions may include replacement, store credit, or refund, subject to verification.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, Monarch ships within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Any future updates to international delivery services will be reflected in this policy.
